I loved this movie! Simple, amazing performances - they really brought this divorced couple to life, in the most fun, refreshing way. You really *get to know* the characters, and I still think about them... like if they were real people. ;) Anyway, I can't recommend it highly enough. It's time well spent.

Rarely does a movie come along that hits the mark as this one does! The writing, acting and directing is superb and TRUTHfully believable! Lea Thompson and John Shea are remarkable in the little nuances they use to bring their characters to life and the chemistry they have on screen together! This is award winning acting! Writer/director Jim Hemphill out does himself in his sophmore effort as he moves one step closer in taking his righful place among the masters! For anyone who has ever failed in a relationship, for anyone who never wants to fail in a relationship, or anyone who truly loves great movies, this is one NOT to miss. This is my new favorite movie! A must see!

This movie was very thought provoking. It spoke to me, being 51 years old, but I am not sure it could hold the attention of a younger person. It is being shown at the Egyptian Theatre and the stars and director are appearing for discussion after the film on certain nights. If you love meeting celebrities then you should definately check this out. John Shea is a sweetheart! Also, it is being shown in the Spielberg Theatre which is a small intimate 78-seat theatre that is really, really cool!
